If you have any questions, click here for the address and telephone number for your county commissioner of registration.

If you were registered to vote before you were convicted, you must register once you have served your time. When you were convicted, your voter registration was deleted.

You only lose your right to vote while you are serving a sentence, are on probation or parole.

If you are a pre-trial detainee or on bail pending appeal, you do not lose your right to vote.
