Reporting

The Designated Site Coordinator, must file a quarterly report with the Division
of Elections and forward a copy of the report to the State Mandated Agency Liaison.
The State Mandated Agency Liaison, in conjunction with the Division of Elections,
is responsible for ensuring that all agencies have reported their quarterly reports
accurately and on time. Each report must include the following information: |
Total Positive responses (YES)

Total Declinations (NO)
|
|
Total Reported already Registered
|
|
Total Refusals
|
|
Total Opportunities Offered
|
|
Total number of Voter Registration Applications that are completed
in the office and sent in.
